This video, specially tailored to your project, is created by one of our professional and 100% local videographers. Get in touch with us via phone or in person to discuss your general idea or project. We’ll listen to your vision and assess its potential viability.

If your idea is potentially viable, we’ll arrange a meeting to create an in-depth project plan, or you can provide us with an already completed plan. This plan is crucial for the grant application and will serve as a valuable tool throughout your project management journey. We’ll also discuss any preferences you have regarding the type of grant, and then you can leave the rest to us. Given that grant procedures can take months to process, this is where our "set & forget" system comes into play—just wait for our call with the outcome.

We handle everything from here. We’ll transform your project summary into a tailored grant application form. Using this, we identify the best grants and providers, deciding how many will be targeted. We then contact the most relevant auspice for your project, which could even be a charity or NFP, allowing application funds to be directed as donations.

Once everything is in place—security measures, informed parties, and your reviewed and confirmed final copies—we submit the grant applications. We ensure every detail is perfect before submission.

We’ll monitor the progress of your applications, making any necessary adjustments. This phase can take 1-12 months depending on factors like grant amount, location, and provider. During this time, we may apply for additional grants if new opportunities arise or if feedback suggests improvements to the original application.

In the ideal scenario, you’ll be approved for funding and can begin your project. If you receive no approvals, we’ll use the feedback to revise your project, potentially making it more viable. You can choose to revise and resubmit, with our continued support throughout the process.
